Aimia Foods release new smaller can following success of resealable no fear extreme energy

No-Fear-re-sealable-canFollowing the successful launch of the No Fear Extreme Energy drink earlier this year, Aimia Foods, the leading supplier of hot and cold drinks, is launching a new 250ml slim line can.

The smaller No Fear can format is being introduced on the back of strong sales of the 485ml can within the past six months, It will be available to the on trade and consumers to use as the ideal mixer or for an ‘on the go’ energy fix.

Aimia Foods, which produces No Fear Extreme for the US-based, multi- million pound sportswear brand, No Fear, made history earlier this year when the new energy drink hit the shelves in the UK’s first ever re-sealable can.

With its high impact branding and attention grabbing logo, the smaller can will create stand out behind the bar or on the store shelf, combined with a competitive RSP of £0.85.

An extensive national marketing campaign is currently in progress which targets the core energy drinks market, males aged 16 to 24 through online and offline media. Social media through www.drinknofear.co.uk is playing a pivotal role, as well as an exciting events calendar which has already included huge brand exposure at the UK’s largest free music concert, Party in the Park in Leeds.

Appeal

Neal Haworth, category marketing manager at Aimia Foods, says: “The new can format will appeal to bars, clubs and retailers that are looking for an edgy brand that will capture the attention of customers.

“We have had a great six months with No Fear Extreme Energy and it’s proving to be hugely popular with the core audience and we predict that sales are going to continue to go from strength to strength, especially with the introduction of the 250ml can.”

Retailers will also be able to capitalise on the good profit margins to be made with the 250ml No Fear Extreme Energy drink which will be sold in 24 packs.
