Leading foodservice provider, Bidvest Foodservice, has appointed Martin Eshelby into the newly created role of Food Innovation Manager.
Tasked with launching new products to help the foodservice industry stay ahead of the latest food trends, Martin has a wealth of experience in product development and innovation.
Joining Bidvest Foodservice from global food company, BRF, Martin was previously a Development Chef, working with groups such as Greene King, Whitbread and Mitchells & Butlers to devise new recipes and menu ideas. His significant experience stems from working with food companies including Adams Food (as Brand Development Chef for Pilgrims Choice and Kerrygold), Ferndale Foods (part of Oscar Mayer Group) and Bakkavor (in its previous inception as Geest) as well as a wide range of food manufacturers on product innovation and NPD.
