One in three Brits have fallen out with their neighbours over their wheelie bins, a new study of 3,000 people has revealed.
With bin collections in some regions happening only once a fortnight*, it’s no surprise that almost 35 per cent of people have had a row with the people next door due to overflowing, smelly or bug-infested rubbish.
