Diversity and Inclusion is hot on the agenda of every business, with companies realising the power of driving inclusion throughout their organisations to deliver better business results. It’s no secret that diverse teams deliver extra ordinary results and with the diversity of roles and people within the Grocery sector, nowhere is it more important to get this right for future growth.

Alessandra Bellini.

It’s about enabling everyone to reach their full potential – whether you are on the shop floor, logistics, HQ, supplier, manufacturer, it’s our collective responsibility to create an inclusive environment, that enables everyone to succeed.

On March 7th at Wembley Stadium, in an industry first, leaders within the Grocery sector will come together, combining their insights and learnings to facilitate thought sharing and provide the opportunity for learning and development in a supportive environment – and most importantly making this opportunity accessible to everyone, whilst helping to support the wider industry through GroceryAid. This is an all-inclusive event for businesses large and small, senior leaders and entry-level employees, all are welcome and all can contribute.

Alessandra Bellini, Chief Customer Officer, Tesco will introduce the day and share her own perspective on the importance of an inclusive working environment. She will then be joined by speakers from the 5 founding partners, Tesco, P&G, Accenture, Coca Cola European Partner and Mondelez, all of whom share a passion for driving D&I through their organisations and will share their experiences around their own D&I journeys to help shape the future for the broader grocery industry.
