The UK’s number one hot peppers sauce* Encona is turning up the heat on the seasonings fixture with a major brand extension of fiery-flavours to complement the Encona chilli Sauces range.
The category-boosting NPD will broaden the use and appeal of the Encona brand by targeting scratch cooks looking to season home-made dishes with tongue-tingling flavours.
The dried seasoning range comprises of three distinctive variants – Hot Pepper, Jamaican Jerk and Chilli and Garlic – each adding the unique ‘Encona Kick’ to everyday meals.

The range comprises:
Encona Hot Pepper Seasoning – a hot blend of Habanero and Scotch Bonnet Chillies, salt and spices to capture the taste of Encona.
Encona Jamaican Jerk Seasoning – an authentic Jerk flavour seasoning made with a fiery blend of herbs and spices capturing a taste of the tropics.
Encona Chilli and Garlic Seasoning – a spicy dried blend of chilli, garlic and spices perfect for all meal occasions.
