With the prospect of food supply chain interruption and stockpiling as Brexit approaches, the United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) is hosting a ‘Feeding Cities Summit’, where stakeholders will discuss the challenges ahead and consider potential solutions.
Taking place on November 21st at The British Museum in London, UKWA’s ‘Feeding Cities Summit’ will consider what is best practice in urban food service and local convenience grocery logistics, examine the challenge of meeting today’s technology-enabled consumer and deliver an insight into the current thinking of policy makers and planning experts.
The cost of attending the event is £295 plus VAT per delegate, which includes refreshments and a buffet lunch as well as copies of the key-note presentations. In addition, delegates will receive a complimentary copy of UKWA’s seminal report, ‘Feeding London 2030 – facing the logistical challenge.’
