Having invested a six figure sum in state of the art Carpigiani equipment, Black Vanilla now has the capacity to service the catering sector efficiently and cost effectively. With a dedicated team of chefs, who create unique recipes from Mandorla Almond & Sicilian Lemon Gelato to Strawberry & Champagne Sorbetto, they can also respond to individual requests and work flexibly to create bespoke recipes for a wide range of establishments.
With its roots in South London, where Black Vanilla has two Gelaterias in Greenwich and Blackheath, founder Susan Stretch has built a strong reputation for uncompromised top quality Italian Gelato. Susan and her business partner Oliver Sharp personally source only the finest ingredients, from Alfonso Mangos to Bonte Pistachios, travelling far and wide to do so.
Black Vanilla recently won three prestigious Great Taste Awards, and with a growing fan base in London and beyond, there is now an opportunity for high end cafes, restaurants and other venues to offer customers this unique artisan Gelato and Sorbetto, as Susan Stretch explains:
