To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Ginsters is launching its most premium pasties yet: the ‘Cornish Handcrafted’ range. Two SKUs include a handcrimped ‘Cornish Pasty’ and a handcrimped ‘Chicken, Chorizo and Cornish Gouda Pasty’. Created in collaboration with Chris Eden, head chef of one of Cornwall’s most prestigious Michelinstarred restaurants, the range has already picked up commendations at this year’s British Pie Awards and Taste of the West. The Cornish Handcrafted range is made at Callington in east Cornwall from quality ingredients, including 100% British farmed meat.
