Excitement is set to reach fever pitch, as IFE launches in just 13 days. Back bigger, fresher and more innovative than ever before, IFE 2015 will open its doors to over 1,350 exhibitors and more than 27,000 visitors over the four-day spectacular, between 22-25 March.

There has been extensive growth in the foodservice industry since IFE’s last appearance in 2013, there is more to see and learn than ever before, a fact illustrated by the overwhelming demand for stand space at this year’s exhibition. The Health and Wellbeing section has increased by more than 30%, highlighting the growing popularity of this on-trend area. On top of this, IFE 2015 event will be welcoming exhibitors from 57 countries, with representation from Peru, Mexico, Taiwan and Saudi Arabia for the very first time.

Over the last couple of years there has been a steep rise in interest in the street food trend as well as a desire for dishes from Central and South America. Consumer enthusiasm in these areas has most definitely been reflected in this year’s IFE programme, with a 350% increase in exhibitors from these countries compared to 2013.

Over the four-day event, IFE will guarantee a packed agenda of live cooking demonstrations, panel debates and keynote talks on all of the latest industry topics. IFE will also be hosting the Tri-Nations Butchery Championships, as well as a unique opportunity to compete for a coveted start-up scholarship offered by the Grocery Accelerator, as part of a unique partnership with the exhibition.

The event will demonstrate the huge breadth of ingenuity across the industry and as such we will be showcasing culinary talents in The Great British Kitchen, The Skillery and Tastes of the World Live. While the latest product innovations will be on display for all to see on stands across the exhibition floor as well as in the New Products Live area.

The Export Advice Centre and the UKTI Buyers Lounge will also be making a return appearance, thanks to the Green Seed Group and UK Trade and Investment.
