Knighton Foods launches its first branded foodservice range

Knighton Foods is introducing its first range of branded jelly products – Daisy’s Jelly to the foodservice and wholesale categories this summer.

Available in three flavours – raspberry, orange and strawberry – the range is approved by the Vegetarian Society and has been specifically developed to meet Public Health England’s 2020 guidelines on sugar.

“We’ve been very careful with the formulation of Daisy’s Jelly to ensure that we meet the requirements of the education and healthcare sectors,” said Richard Ilsley, CEO Knighton Foods. “It delivers a great taste and appearance which can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a dessert like a classic trifle. We’re extremely proud of the Daisy’s brand that we’ve created here at our Staffordshire site and I believe there is an opportunity to expand the range to include other products in the future.”

Each Daisy’s Jelly flavour is available in a 3.5kg bag and will make 175 individual servings of 110ml each (with a calorie count of 61 calories per portion).
