Knighton Foods is introducing its first range of branded jelly products, Daisy’s Jelly to the foodservice and wholesale categories this summer. Knighton have been careful to ensure they meet the requirements of the education and healthcare sectors. Available in three flavours – raspberry, orange and strawberry – the range is approved by the Vegetarian Society and specifically developed to meet Public Health England’s 2020 guidelines on sugar. Each Daisy’s Jelly flavour is available in a 3.5kg bag and will make 175 individual servings of 110ml each, with a calorie count of 61 calories per portion.
