Accolade Wines is investing in South African wine with a new launch under its leading South African wine brand Kumala. The new Pinotage varietal in the Kumala Reserve range builds on the success of the Malbec, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc varietals, which champion specific regions in the Western Cape and offer a trade-up option in the South African wine category at £8 RSP. The range has seen year on year volume growth of 56.2%. The new launch follows a £1m investment by Accolade Wines in the brand’s ‘Keep it Kolourful’ creative last year.
