The Linghams recipe has remained unchanged for over 100 years, In the Linghams family of products apart from the regular chilli sauce there is also Ginger, Garlic, Ginger & Garlic and Thai. All products are made in Malaysia to the same recipe using fresh chillies which are collected daily. In the Regular Chilli Sauce there are only 4 ingredients- fresh chillies, sugar, salt, vinegar and that’s it!!
Evans, Gray & Hood Foods Ltd also distribute the renowned Ferns range of Indian Chutney, Pickles and Pastes which are suitable for Vegetarians which are manufactured in a nut free factory.
There are 8 pastes, 10 Pickles and 3 chutneys which are manufactured in India to the highest specification since 1937. These are offered in 380 gram jars and 2.5 catering jars. All these products are distributed widely throughout the UK and Ireland.
