Award-winning dressings and condiments company Lucy’s Dressings today announces a major launch of a new ‘slim’ range of dressings to challenge the current offerings on the market. Lucy’s Dressings prides itself on use of all natural ingredients to give a wonderful taste, whether used as a marinade or as a dressing for salads. The new range comprises of ‘Light Asian’, ‘Light French’ and ‘Light Raspberry’ and is available via wholesalers such as Hider Foods and Diverse.

NEW-Slim-range[1]Lucy developed the range because of a demand from her customers for a great-tasting but lower calorie solution for meals and salads. Lucy’s clever use of fruit (limes, lemons and raspberries) and vinegar (rice wine, white wine) and other sprinklings for taste – such as ginger, chilli, and cracked black pepper – mean that the taste is not compromised in any way through lack of oil and processed sugars, traditionally found in standard dressings.

Lucy says of the range, “Just because you are looking after your waistline or your health should not mean that everything you eat should be bland or full of sugar. I am delighted with the way that the Slim range has turned out – it’s tasty, moreish, and the sort of product you are proud to have in the fridge!” The range is brilliant for creating home-cooked meals too – stir-fries, fish, chicken and noodles all love this range.

Lucy’s Dressings, created by Lucy Mackenzie in 2011, has gone from strength to strength in that time. The brand launched at the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival to great critical acclaim and a few months later, launched into Selfridges in London.

Lucy is proud to be stocked in around 600 stores across the UK including Ocado, Selfridges, Partridges and Suffolk Food Hall.
