During his time @ KTC, Mike has overseen extraordinary sales growth from £4 Million to £235 Million and the business establish itself as the leading independent in the sector.
“With nearly 50 years experience in the food business; cooking it, eating it & selling it for a living, I think there is only growing it to go!” says genial Mike. “I have had an exciting time building KTC with George & Jindy Khera, now another chapter beckons. Having worked with many enterprising people over the years I leave with many great memories.”
The next chapter will include his new venture – Incline Foods – trading food ingredients, advising on food issues & offering industry consulting services from his Worcestershire based office. there could be a book on the horizon too.
