Milton Unveil brand revamp and new addition to range

milton-range.jpgMilton Pharmaceutical, makers of the trusted sterilising fluid, have re-branded their entire range and launched a new product to complement their comprehensive hygiene and sterilising range for baby and home. Brand Modernisation – The revamp includes new packaging designs across the sterilising and hygiene range, and a new logo to modernise and create a warm friendly brand that parents trust. The new packaging design includes a brand new shape for the Sterilising Fluid bottle, along with a softer more modern typeface. 

The change follows consumer feedback, which identified that the current bottle shape was difficult to grip while holding a baby. Therefore, with busy mothers in mind, the bottle shape has been designed with tapered sides and easy grip panels. The new design will also benefit Milton’s loyal older users whose grip may be failing.

The new look Milton Antibacterial Surface Wipes have been redesigned to be biodegradable to further enhance the brand’s appeal with the increasingly eco conscious consumer.

The new packaging has been designed to be clear, warm and friendly, yet still easily recognisable as Milton, to allow us to build on our very strong brand heritage”

New addition to the range
Alongside the re-brand, Milton is launching a new product, an Antibacterial Fabric Solution, to ensure their range offers complete protection in all aspects of germ kill in the home.

Designed to be used alongside ordinary washing powders, the Milton Antibacterial Fabric Solution is clinically proven to kill harmful germs (including bacteria and fungi) that can survive even after a 45° wash cycle, causing bad odours and infections.

The bleach-free formula is safe to use with all fabric types, even silk and wool, making it ideal to use on all the family’s laundry. It is effective on a cold wash or when hand washing, helping eco conscious parents wash at lower temperatures, without compromising on germ kill, for complete peace of mind. The unique formulation leaves laundry disinfected, safe and fresh smelling. It is ideal for cleaning baby clothes, bedding and real cloth nappies – a market which is growing fast with 6 per cent more mothers using cloth nappies now than two years ago.

The re-brand and product launch will be supported by a high profile consumer PR campaign and consumer print advertising across the key parenting press.

The Antibacterial Fabric Solution costs £5.49 for 1 litre and contains approximately for 50 washes. The specially designed pack decants a pre-measured dose in an easy-to-pour format. It will be available alongside the full Milton range, which consists of Sterilising Fluid, Sterilising Tablets, Antibacterial Surface Wipes, Antibacterial Surface Spray and Antibacterial Hand Gel.
