Jonathan and Morris & Son Director Andy Needham are calling on supermarkets to allow more access to food further up the supply chain, before it is delivered to store, so it can be made available for redistribution.

This includes supermarket branded products that have been produced by the manufacturer but are deemed to be too close to their best before date, or stock rejected by supermarkets because there has been a change in packaging design.
