pladis, the global biscuit and confectionery company that owns wellloved brands such as McVitie’s and Jacobs, has recruited new members to its well-established Ambassador Biscuit Club.

Jamie & Anish Keshwara (NISA), Chaz Chahal (Simply Fresh), David Charman (ParkFoot Spar) and Jai Singh of MJ’s Local Sheffield are the latest recruits to join theclub helping pladis to gain deeper insights and better understand the challenges faced by retailers operating in the sector.

The pladis Ambassador Biscuit Club was first launched in 2015 and comprises of carefully selected independent retailers from both affiliated and unaffiliated sectors across the UK. Convening every quarter, members discuss hot topics and share category knowledge. The members are offered the chance to get a first look at pladis’ latest initiatives and share feedback directly on proposed developments and innovations in the business’ convenience and impulse offering.
