New York Bakery Co. has announced the launch of a three-strong new product pipeline.
Unveiled at the Casual Dining Show and inspired by New York’s love of fun and indulgent food, New York Bakery Co.’s latest NPD will allow the brand to target new markets and day parts with the aim of adding value to the sandwich and burger carrier category.
Just like New York Bakery Co.’s bagel range, the new Cheese Topped Bun, Cheese & Bacon Topped Bun and The Star Shaped Bun are made with only the best ingredients and do not contain any artificial flavours, guaranteeing a great experience by diners each and every time.

Consumers are increasingly opting for instagramable menus that offer something a little bit different when they eat out and New York Bakery Co.’s new topped buns offer just that. Packed full of flavour and made to grab attention, the new buns have been developed to help operators create a range of exciting dishes for their menus and keep customers coming back time and time again.
When tested with consumers*, three in five said they would choose a Cheese Topped Bun out of home and half of tasters liked or extremely liked the topped buns.
NEW Star Shaped Bun
This shining new addition to the range is perfect for a children’s menu. This new bun has superstar appeal and is ideal for outlets looking to capitalise on family footfall.
Almost three quarters (74 per cent) of consumers polled agreed that the Star Shaped Bun was perfect for a kid’s menu and over half (58 per cent) said it would be a good Christmas special. 63% of consumers liked or extremely liked the taste of the Star Bun.
