Unitas Wholesale is delighted to launch the third in the 2018/19 series of Plan for Profit core range category guides, which focuses on the core and extended range for the Licensed and Tobacco categories. To provide a more in-depth category focus for independent retailers the original Plan for Profit core range guide has been divided into three separate editions, to ensure the category information is as current as possible and relevant to the key trading and seasonal times of the year.
The guide has been compiled from information provided by our supplier partners, industry experts and our member wholesalers, and includes a full listing of key products retailers are advised to stock in order to maximise sales and profits within the Licensed and Tobacco categories. Guidance is also included on an extended range beyond the core for those stores that have the space to stock a wider range of products.
Key category insights regarding Beer and Lager, Craft Ale, Wine, Spirits, Tobacco, and E-cigarettes feature in the guide to help retailers better understand and grow their categories in store.
Accessing Plan for Profit
- NEW printed copies of the Plan for Profit Licensed and Tobacco category guide are available now in selected Unitas Wholesale member depots.
- An online version of the guide and the core and extended product range can be accessed at planforprofit.co.uk
- The new ‘Today’s Plan for Profit’ app is now available to download for free on the Android and Apple app stores.
