WM – What’s the most exciting thing about your job?
I truly enjoy working with a fun and committed team of young professionals who thrive on making a difference by providing healthier hydration across hundreds of customers.
WM – Who’s inspired you most in your career?
I find inspiration in most people I work with for different reasons. I get inspired by leaders around me displaying authenticity, boundless positive energy and their ability to build trustful relationships.
WM – If you were an item in a cash & carry, what would you be?
I would be a bottle of wine, standing tall, unique and very sociable.
WM – If you had to do it all over again, what would you do different?
There are absolutely no regrets, just lessons learned. But since you ask, I should have probably bought $10,000- worth of Apple shares.
WM – What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to you at work?
On my first serious job interview after university, I lost one shoe (long story) and had to do the interview with a bare foot. I still managed to get the job!
WM – Who or what makes you laugh?
I must admit I find awkward and absurd moments really funny. Whether it involves me or not is irrelevant.
WM – Do you have any hidden talents?
I can pretty much start a song on cue with any word I hear, which drives my team insane.
WM –Who would be your favourite party guest?
My two boys when they get older… I think we could really hit it!
WM – What is the greatest luxury in your life?
Having the opportunity to leave all thoughts behind to enjoy a long bike ride every weekend in the Surrey Hills.
WM – What is your favourite guilty pleasure?
I just love relaxing in front of the TV with a few glasses of wine.
WM – Do you have any secret ambitions?
Yes!
WM – What’s your dream holiday destination?
I’ve always dreamed of enjoying a relaxing holiday on a floating villa in the Maldives
WM – What are your three favourite movies of all time?
Hard to say, but these ones are related to special moments in my life: The Godfather, Forrest Gump and The Matrix.
WM – What is your favourite book of all time?
I enjoy a good read but I’m more of a magazine guy.
WM – What’s your favourite pastime?
Listening to music is by far my favourite pastime. It follows me everywhere I go and keeps me energised and in a good mood.
WM – If you won the Lottery, what would you do?
I would invest one third for later, donate one third and build a start-up.
WM – What would be your advice to someone thinking about coming into this industry (apart from “don’t do it”)?
Believe in your instincts, dare to try new things, fail fast and learn quickly. Embrace all challenges with a positive attitude. You’re only as good as the team around you. Find your balance to have a long and successful career.
