The breakfast wrap, which heats on a Panini grill in 4-6 minutes, is filled with egg, sweetcure bacon, Lincolnshire sausage, sliced mushrooms, Cheddar cheese and tomato ketchup and is carefully hand-wrapped in a tomato tortilla, making it easy to eat on the go.
With a five day shelf life, the breakfast wrap is ideal for smaller operators, but is also great for large-scale operations that seek a quick turn around with high volumes.
