Renowned for their ranges of exquisite French macarons, Brioche Pasquier’s range of premium pâtisserie is served in hotels, restaurants and casual dining outlets across the country. However, the famed macarons have not been available in a chilled version until now.
The new Macarons Incontourables, a range of twelve classic flavours, is being introduced to the retail trade through Booths this month. Now, retailers will be able to offer their customers Brioche Pasquier’s top quality macarons from the chilled counter – a perfect gift for Mother’s Day or a treat for Easter.
“Incontourables is a French word for ‘not to be missed’,” explains Matthew Grenter, Sales Manager Brioche Pasquier. “And these macarons really are rather special. Introducing a chilled range is a big step forward for us. Up till now the only way the consumer has only been able to buy our macarons is in a box of 36 from the freezer cabinet – perfect for parties but not an immediate treat. Now customers can pick up a box and take them home for tea, or give them to a friend as a special gift.”
Created by expert Brioche Pasquier pâtissiers in France, they are light and airy, with the signature delicate crunch on the outside and a soft slightly chewy interior. The flavours in the range include the classic favourites, Chocolate, Pistachio, Vanilla, Raspberry, Lemon and Coffee.
“Retailers will find that customers will pick up a box of our macarons as a luxury gift for friends and family, especially for special occasions such as Valentines Day or Easter,” says Matthew. “They would make a great addition to a seasonal display, and are perfect for including in a gift offer. Try promoting them as part of a deal alongside products such as bouquets and gift boxes, coffee, teas or wines.”
Brioche Pasquier macarons are free from artificial colours and flavours and are palm oil and preservative free.
