The Vype ePod has won the award for the best e-cigarette at this year’s eagerly anticipated Product of the Year Awards. This is the second consecutive year that Vype has won Product of the Year in this category, following the success of the ePen 3 in 2019.

In an extremely competitive category, the Vype ePod took home the top accolade in the UK’s largest consumer survey of product innovation, with over 10,500 people casting a vote this year to crown the winning products.

British American Tobacco (“BAT”) has long focused on offering adult consumers a range of satisfying and enjoyable products with reduced-risk potential as an alternative to cigarettes. This second successive win for a Vype product highlights the strength of BAT’s New Category product pipeline, the expertise of its UK-based Research and Development team and highlights how innovation has remained a driving force behind BAT’s business.

The Vype ePod was commended for seamlessly blending style and satisfaction. Responding to adult consumer feedback, the ePod is a smaller device compared to last year’s winner, the Vype ePen 3, and the new device also offers more puffs per charge* and a simple slot-in, slot-out magnetic charging mechanism. Puff activated, the Vype ePod brings together ceramic heating technology and easy to change e-liquid cartridges containing vPro nicotine salts, which are available in a variety of strengths and flavours. vPro nicotine salts deliver a vaping experience with greater satisfaction and intensity.
