The UK’s premier supplier of pistachios, flavoured tree nuts and Middle Eastern products officially launched its new range of deglet nour filled dates under the Deliciouslyorkshire umbrella at the event from March 21st to 24th – and just to add to the excitement on Stand P170 at the NEC, visitors saw a darker side to Zeina Foods’ product range!
Its latest take on the Middle Eastern fruit includes fillings of cashews and almonds half coated in delicious fine dark chocolate – sure to excite the taste buds of many confectionery connoisseurs.
Fillings of Pistachios, pecans and walnuts make up the rest of the new dates range, all available in handy single or double layer packs of up to approximately 300g.
Zeina Foods is targeting the retail, wholesale and foodservice sectors with its exciting dates range and had a team of experts available throughout the four-day show to discuss the company’s new flavours, tailor made solutions and opportunities to create bespoke packaging for own brand lines.
The company also announced exciting plans for 2010, which include details of new Middle Eastern products, as well as showcasing the popular Nutz range of flavoured Iranian pistachios and cashews, and the Zeina Love our Foods selection of quality snacks. From its Ossett-based factory Zeina Foods can process over eight tonnes of nuts a day and has an extensive range of bulk supply products comprising a selection of tree nuts, seeds, dried fruits and Middle Eastern specialist confectionery including baklava.
