Earlier this year, Bidfood, one of the UK’s leading foodservice providers launched its free, online learning platform for the care sector, Caterers Campus.
Caterers Campus has been designed by our chefs for chefs to support them with catering for residents’ individual dietary needs. The e-learning platform, which is exclusively available to Bidfood customers, offers care caterers the opportunity to learn and explore six modules from dysphagia & IDDSI, to fortification, hydration, dementia and even costing and menu planning.
To celebrate this years’ Nutrition & Hydration week, Bidfood is offering up 20 licences as part of a giveaway which will allow the winners to trial run the hydration module. The module, which delves into the importance of hydration in the elderly, also explores the signs of dehydration as well as practical ways to increase fluids in the diet.

The giveaway, which goes live on Monday, 14th June, can be entered by filling out a simple form, which can be found on Bidfood’s LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter. The closing date is Sunday, 20th June and winners will be chosen at random.
