Toxic Waste, the Hazardously Sour Candy Brand, has added another innovative new product to its top-selling range – and wholesalers have been warned to expect an explosive uplift in their children’s confectionery sales and profits!

The latest exciting addition to the iconic candy range is Toxic Waste RED – A new hazardously sour product of 14 ultra- sour candies in a new iconic red drum with five new exciting flavours – Strawberry, Raspberry, Cranberry, Red Pear and Red Grape.

The new launch follows the outstanding sales success of the Toxic Waste double-action candy in a drum, Pucker Sucker Lollipops and Nuclear Sludge Chew Bars.

Toxic Waste Hazardously Sour Candy is sold and distributed in the UK by Wirral-based Newbridge Foods.

David Beaumont, Director of Newbridge Foods, said the latest additions to the Toxic Waste range provide wholesalers with a great opportunity to build a superb Toxic Waste display of top-selling children’s confectionery products.

“Toxic Waste candy has been a phenomenal success both in the USA and the UK and we are delighted to be offering wholesalers, retailers and consumers a new product which will bring tremendous excitement and innovation to the fast-growing sour candy sector. There’s no doubt that the spread of Toxic Waste throughout the UK is great news for the confectionery market!”

Toxic Waste burst onto the UK market seven years ago with the launch of its now famous drum pack containing 14 ultra-sour candies in Apple, Lemon, Blue Raspberry, Black Cherry and Watermelon flavours. Retailing at £1, the iconic Toxic Waste candies have a unique double-action hazardously-sour flavour. Just when you think it’s over…it’s not!

The Toxic Waste success story continued with the launch of Pucker Suckers Lollipops with a fizzy core. Retailing at 10p each, Pucker Suckers come in Apple, Lemon, Blue Raspberry and Cherry flavours in a display drum containing 100 lollipops. This was recently followed by the introduction of Toxic Waste Nuclear Sludge – a sour apple chew bar retailing at 20p and packaged in a colourful display box containing 50 bars.

As an environmentally conscious company, Newbridge Foods and Toxic Waste support a cleaner planet through the use of recycled material in packaging materials and through sponsorship and participation in environmental awareness programmes.
