Funnybones Foodservice has expanded its range of condiments with the addition of a new La Mexicana Roasted Salsa.
This tomato-based salsa is coarsely blended with roasted vegetables, herbs, spices, and mild chilli to give it a delicate balance of smoky, sweet, and spice. Chefs can use it to add authenticity to a range of classic Latin American dishes, including fajitas, tacos, chilaquiles, enchiladas, and huevos ranchero – making it great for tapping into demand for International inspired dishes.
