Philip Morris Limited (PML), the UK and Ireland affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), has announced the launch of the latest innovation from the IQOS range of heat-not-burn devices, IQOS ILUMA i ONE.
The IQOS ILUMA series is a revolutionary device, using a bladeless SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ to heat and deliver tobacco taste and satisfaction, but with 95% less harmful chemicals compared to cigarettes[i].
Built with the same sophisticated technology, IQOS ILUMA i ONE delivers the clean, seamless and satisfying experience of IQOS ILUMA, with four new advanced features designed for more flexibility so that IQOS users can own their IQOS moment.
With IQOS ILUMA i ONE devices, users will experience:
- Touch Screen, allowing users to access information about their experience, quickly and easily, all in one place.
- Autostart, allowing users to automatically start heating their SMARTCORE STICK when inserted.
- Flex Puff, adapting to the rhythm of the users, so they can experience their IQOS moment at their own pace*.
These features take the experience to the next level, particularly for users looking for the freedom to shape their experience with the device depending on their nicotine usage. Offering the same all-important choice as IQOS ILUMA, there are three devices in the i range: IQOS ILUMA i, IQOS ILUMA i PRIME and IQOS ILUMA i ONE.
The new IQOS ILUMA i works with the same TEREA tobacco sticks designed exclusively for the IQOS ILUMA device. This includes the new TEREA PEARLS range, which caters to the high demand among adult smokers and nicotine users for smoke-free, capsulated tobacco products**.
IQOS ILUMA i ONE is now available on PMI Open, PML’s dedicated online trade platform. The device is ideally positioned to complement gantries because, when used with TEREA, it delivers tobacco taste and satisfaction whilst enabling savings of up to £3,400 a year[ii].
