Delice de France, the UK’s leading supplier of bread and bakery, has launched an innovative new filled croissant range under its Delice Fresh concept. The expansion is designed to help London-based cafes, retailers, and foodservice operators maximise profitability by capturing the latest bakery trends.

First launched in June 2025, Delice Fresh offers businesses within the M25 a range of premium bakery products delivered freshly baked and ready to sell, seven mornings a week. With a minimum order value of just £35, Delice Fresh makes high-margin, artisan-style bakery accessible for food businesses of any size and scale.

The service launched with a range of fresh breads and to-go bakery products to test demand. One year on, and in direct response to the growing opportunity for on-the-go treats with social media appeal, the range has been revamped and consolidated into two distinct categories:

The Signature range

Tapping into the viral cube croissant sensation, the Signature range focuses on indulgence and visual appeal. It includes:

  • Filled Croissants, available in Lemon, Berries, Chocolate, and Caramel in mini and regular sizes.
  • A glazed Pain aux Raisin topped with roasted almond flakes, a flapjack-topped Cinnamon Bun, and an Almond Pain au Chocolat.

The Specialist range

This range contains 23 core staples designed to meet a variety of price points and consumer needs. Current Delice Fresh customers will recognise this as a consolidated version of 2025’s range:

  • A trio of Croissants and Pains au Chocolat, plus the popular Cardamom and Cinnamon Knots (Delice de France’s bestselling new products of 2025), to appeal to morning shoppers.
  • A duo of Pain Suisse (Chocolat and Raisin) and a selection of Muffins in Berry, Choc, and Lemon & White Choc for afternoon treating.
  • A consolidated range of bestsellers including Plain White Bagels, Parisienne Baguettes, and a trio of Loaves (White, Stone Baked Rustic, and Sourdough Style), available sliced or unsliced.

Arthur Magne, Business Development Manager at Delice de France, commented: “When we delved into what makes the viral cube croissant so popular, it wasn’t just the shape, it was the indulgence of the filling. With our new range, we’re enabling even the smallest food outlets to offer a premium, trend-led treat that stays true to our French baking quality and authenticity.”

“The past year has demonstrated the critical need for retail-ready bakery products in the capital. London-based outlets need to offer products that meet the latest social trends without the heavy lifting of on-site baking. With our revamped Delice Fresh range, we’re confident we have the best solution in the market.”

The new Delice Fresh range is available for retailers, cafes and any business in need of premium bakery products to order now.
