SPAR North of England’s sandwich range has been freshened up for summer with four flavoursome new additions.
A tasty Chicken and Chorizo flavour on malted bread has been introduced, alongside an indulgent Coronation Chicken filling, also on malted bread.
A classic Ham, Cheese and Pickle on white bread is also in the roster and finishing the lineup is a delicious BBQ Chicken wrap.
Complementing the summer themed recipes are the packaging the sandwiches and wrap are in which really stands out within the fridges from the regular SPAR sandwiches range.
Bold and vibrant base colours have a saturation to them which evokes the warmth of the summer months and overlaid on to those is a bright sunshine design.
All four new products to the Food To Go range are produced by James Hall & Co. Ltd and they are in SPAR North of England stores now.
The timing of the launch coincides with British Sandwich Week, running from Monday 18th May until Sunday 24th May, and the range has been added to SPAR’s £4.50 or less Standard Meal Deal which includes a snack and chilled bottled drink or a hot drink.
The sandwiches and wrap are also part of James Hall & Co. Ltd’s 1p sandwich pledge, which sees one penny from the sale of every sandwich or wrap sold in a SPAR North of England store go to Marie Curie, SPAR UK’s national charity partner.
