UK functional beverage sales grew *24.5% year-on-year, with almost *30% of UK households now purchasing functional drinks , and water kefir emerging as a new and exciting entrant into the category. Made with live cultures, naturally low in sugar, these two new organic water kefirs offer a soft drink alternative that supports gut health and better-for-you choices. Naturally fermented and lightly sparkling, the first of the new water kefirs comes in a vibrant cherry flavour, while the second variant is a fun and exotic option in Mango & Passionfruit flavour, with both offering distinctive bold branding to stand out on shelf.
