Castell Howell is incredibly proud to announce that their Welsh French Trimmed Rack of Lamb and Welsh Dressed Crab, alongside a selection of other exceptional Welsh products, will be served at The Championships, Wimbledon this summer.
These dishes will be crafted and showcased by renowned Welsh chef Bryn Williams, in partnership with Compass Group UK & Ireland, bringing the very best of Wales to one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events.
This collaboration marks a significant moment not only for Castell Howell, but for the wider Welsh food and drink industry. To see Welsh produce represented on such an iconic global stage is a tremendous honour and a testament to the quality, provenance, and passion that define the food sector.

This announcement follows the recent news of Castell Howell’s transformative warehouse expansion which once completed will boast a 103,000 sq ft building, comprising of a state of the art cold store, as well as 16,000 sq ft of office suites and amenity space. Externally, the site will incorporate more than 150 car parking spaces, 48 truck parking spaces and eight loading bays. This latest expansion is being developed on a 7.4 acre site and will significantly increase operational efficiency and support rising customer demand.
