Iconic ice cream brand Carte D’Or is shaking up the ice cream tub category with the launch of its innovative Sundaes range, designed to deliver a unique and customisable dessert experience at home. The range launches in partnership with iconic ice cream brand Cornetto, combining Carte D’Or soft serve-inspired ice cream with signature crunchy Cornetto pieces in two flavours – Chocolate and Strawberry. A first-of-its-kind offering in the grocery channel, the new format and patented packaging will give everything consumers need to create a Sundae all in one pack.
The crunchy Cornetto topping is kept in a separate section to the ice cream so that consumers can add to their serving to suit their own taste, for a more interactive and personalised treat, for those personal treating moments or shared with family and friends. It unlocks a new at-home frozen treat experience, particularly for younger, soft-serve-loving consumers[1], and creates a new compelling reason to choose tubs.

Available from the start of January at all major wholesalers, the Carte D’Or Sundaes range comes as a multi serve 750ml tub, with extra crunchy pieces and will be supported by a significant investment in out-of-home and shopper marketing activations.
