Joining the brand’s already stunning range of eye-catching desserts, the new double act includes a Mango & Passion Fruit Torte and a Raspberry & Coconut Traybake, with both available exclusively through Country Range Group wholesalers.
With sweets and desserts the ultimate affordable treats and ‘all day’ cake menus a growing trend, the new launches come pre-portioned for ease of service and just need to be thawed before serving, meaning they’re ideal for kitchens lacking the space or time to create their own desserts.
Country Range Mango & Passion Fruit Torte – 1 x 14 Pre-portioned – A refreshing and tropical delight, this summery dessert is a flavour sensation, with an orange sponge layer soaked in mango and passion fruit, topped with a mascarpone vanilla syllabub swirled with a mango and passion fruit purée, finished with a tropical glaze and a sprinkle of raspberry crumb.
Country Range Raspberry & Coconut Tray Cake – 1 x 18 Pre-portioned – This nostalgic tray cake includes 18 generous portions which can easily be cut smaller for a little afternoon treat. The flavours of the cake evoke childhood memories, with a shortbread base topped with a layer of seeded raspberry jam and a sprinkling of raspberries, topped with an almond flavour coconut sponge and finished with a sprinkling of desiccated coconut. Perfect with a generous dollop of custard!
