Award-winning food producer Finnebrogue, is the only UK producer licensed to make sausages, burgers and bacon with Guinness®. And today it announced two exciting additions to its successful Guinness® range: Guinness Unsmoked Back Bacon and Guinness Premium Pork Sausages.
The launch follows the success of Guinness Premium Beef Burgers in Sainsbury’s earlier this year and marks the next step in its partnership with one of the world’s most iconic brands.
Flavoured with the taste of Guinness® stout, the products provide a premium twist on everyday family favourites.
Finnebrogue Guinness Unsmoked Back Bacon is made without nitrites and delivers a rich and deep colour from its Guinness® infusion, balanced with a subtle sweetness from treacle.
Finnebrogue Guinness Pork Sausages are gluten-free – as are all Finnebrogue sausages – and crafted from prime cuts of British and Irish pork. These succulent sausages offer juicy tang with malty Guinness® notes, complemented by the sweetness of caramelised red onion.
Finnebrogue is driving innovation in everyday staples, bringing the bold and distinctive flavour of Guinness® into new food categories beyond the beer aisle. With bacon and sausages at the heart of British breakfasts, Finnebrogue’s new range helps retailers unlock year-round excitement and incremental sales outside of seasonal peaks like Christmas and summer barbecues.
Available in Tesco stores across the UK from 22nd September, and rolling out to Ocado shortly afterwards, Guinness Unsmoked Back Bacon and Guinness Premium Pork Sausages combine Finnebrogue’s commitment to quality with the distinctive, malty depth of Guinness®.
Finnebrogue has also extended the range into foodservice and wholesale, working with wholesaler Booker to create Beef & Guinness Burgers and Pork & Guinness Sausages as part of its premium Blackgate label.
Available from 23rd September, the Blackgate launch ensures that both consumers and caterers can enjoy the same innovative flavours – providing tasty options for cooking at home or dining out.
Finnebrogue 6 Guinness Pork Sausages (400g, RRP £3.75) is available in 477 Tesco stores and Finnebrogue 6 Guinness Back Bacon Rashers (200g, RRP £3.75) is available in 626 Tesco stores.
From 23rd September, Blackgate 18 Premium Pork & Guinness Sausages (1.2kg, RRP £6.89) and Blackgate 6 Premium Beef & Guinness Burgers (1.02kg, RRP £13.99) will be available in Booker outlets nationwide, both launching on introductory promotion until January 2026.
The Finnebrogue Guinness range will roll out to Ocado in early October, giving shoppers even more ways to enjoy the products.
