Kite Packaging has added Kenco sealers, a vinyl bottle-sealing label, to their offering. The labels stretch and conform to the contours of bottles and jars, creating tight, tamper-evident closures that prevent leaks, spillages and cap movement. They are ideal for maintaining product integrity across the supply chain, keeping costly losses and damages that may occur during handling and transit to a minimum.
The sealing labels are made from white polythene film with a repositionable waterborne acrylic adhesive on a high-density FSC liner. This make-up ensures strong, secure bonds while allowing clean removal when opened using the easy-pull tab.
Product specifications and performance
- Each label provides 6” of usable length to wrap securely around caps and closures of varying profiles
- Suitable for cap diameters from 0.029″ to 1.625″ and can be used on a broad range of bottle and jar formats
- Supplied in rolls of 250 on a 3mm core for efficient storage
- Minimum application temperature of 5°C
- Performs reliably between -20°C and 100°C, great for chilled storage, ambient conditions and high temperature environments
- 2-year shelf life when stored at 20°C and 50% relative humidity
