Bold New Beer Range from Megadeth Beer Co. Launched Across the UK

This summer, Megadeth Beer Co., founded by music legend Dave Mustaine, is launching its Rattlehead beer range in the UK in collaboration with Black Sheep Brewery. The range includes a Pilsner, IPA, and low-alcohol IPA, perfect for consumers who seek beers with a unique personality, bold flavours, and the highest quality.

The launch of Megadeth Beer follows the announcement of the band’s final studio album and upcoming global farewell tour. Fans and beer lovers alike are invited to raise a glass of Rattlehead Beer, the perfect companion for celebrating Dave Mustaine and Megadeth’s momentous contributions to music and their relentless passion.

The Rattlehead range is now available online throughout the UK on  megadethbeer.com and Amazon. With a legacy rooted in hard rock and a dedicated fan base, Rattlehead is poised to make a significant impact on the UK beer market.

Collaboration and Craft

Dave Mustaine has collaborated with Black Sheep Brewery, renowned for its rebellious roots and quality beers, to produce this range. “Black Sheep embodies that spirit of individuality, just like Megadeth,” says Mustaine.

Craig Brackett Keystone Off-Trade Business Unit Director comments ‘’We are thrilled to be working with Dave Mustaine on the creation and launch of the Rattlehead brand. There is a hum of excitement, it brings together two forces from very different worlds but who are absolutely aligned in the passion for their craft’’.

The beers were crafted by Dan Scott Paul, Head Brewer at Black Sheep Brewery, highlighting bold flavours created to stand out in a competitive market.

The Line-Up: Loud and Unapologetic

  • Pilsner (4.0%) – A bright, golden lager brewed with British hops. Clean and refreshing with subtle malt sweetness.
  • IPA (4.5%) – A hazy IPA with tropical fruit and citrus aromas. A Gold Award-winning flavour profile.
  • IPA Zero (0.5%) – A non-alcoholic IPA, crisp and refreshing.

Plans for expansion into retail and export markets are underway, with Mustaine visiting the UK in October to support the launch with a VIP launch in London and media interviews.
