- Launching on Ocado and Sainsbury’s in February

Yotam Ottolenghi and the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen (OTK) team are launching their popular sauces and spices Pantry range for the first time on Ocado and in Sainsbury’s this month.
The range, which includes 12 products such as Pomegranate Harissa, Miso Pesto, Roasted Aubergine & Tomato Sauce and Shawarma Marinade, originally launched exclusively in Waitrose in 2024 and was Ottolenghi’s first venture onto supermarket shelves.
Following its launch the range outperformed expectations and saw a 103% sales increase YOY in 2025.
The team spent years developing the range to ensure the products meet Ottolenghi’s high quality standards, while also being simple to use to deliver showstopping and flavourful dishes at home for family and friends.

The Ottolenghi Pantry range will launch on Ocado on February 2nd and will be in 304 Sainsbury’s from February 15th taking Ottolenghi flavours into even more home kitchens across the UK. The range also went live via Cotswold Fayre from January.
The Ottolenghi Pantry range also launched globally in Australia, South Africa, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Germany, New Zealand, Netherlands and the UAE in 2025 with further markets expected to launch in 2026.
The Ottolenghi Pantry range is also available in Waitrose nationwide, www.waitrose.com and www.ottolenghi.co.uk.
