The popular plant-based cheese brand returns to Ocado and pubs and restaurants

Plant-based brand Julienne Bruno is returning to retail and foodservice this April, with the relaunch of its award-winning Collection 01 range.
Julienne Bruno’s Crematta (150g, £3.50), Superstraccia (150g, £4.50), and Burrella (115g, £4.95) will be available in Ocado from 30th April.
Julienne Bruno’s Burrella in the 115g format, and larger 800g formats of the Crematta and Superstraccia, are now available for foodservice customers nationwide through Harvey & Brockless.
The relaunch marks a new chapter for Julienne Bruno following its acquisition by speciality food producer and distributor Harvey & Brockless, part of The Compleat Food Group, in November 2025.
Julienne Bruno products are naturally plant-based and designed to be enjoyed on their own or used as ingredients in cooking. The brand has built a reputation for simple, clean formulations and layered flavour development, appealing to consumers seeking high-quality, versatile plant-based food without compromising on taste.
The range has also become widely chosen by chefs for its reliability in the kitchen, cementing Julienne Bruno’s position as a leading foodservice brand.
The Superstraccia is a rich, fresh plant-based curd with a soft, creamy texture. It is equally delicious served cold or warm, and is perfectly spooned over pizza, folded through pasta, layered into sandwiches or added to vibrant salads.
Globally award-winning, the Burrella is known for its firm bite and delicate creamy interior. Best served chilled and handled gently, it is ideal torn over salads, paired with fresh vegetables or enjoyed simply on its own.
Completing the trio is the Crematta. A lightly whipped, creamy and tangy spread that’s made with soya. With a smooth texture and delicate flavour, it works well spread generously on warm bagels, stirred into pasta sauces or used in desserts such as cheesecakes and tiramisu.
Julienne Bruno has been carefully relocated to a new production facility since being acquired by Harvey & Brockless. Its recipes remain unchanged, ensuring continuity of the quality and taste the brand’s loyal fans and restaurant chefs expect.
Yvonne Adam, Chief Marketing Officer at The Compleat Food Group, home of Harvey & Brockless and Julienne Bruno said: “We’re excited to be bringing Julienne Bruno back to both retail and foodservice. It’s a brand with a strong following and a distinct point of view, built around quality ingredients, chef-led craftsmanship and exceptional flavour.
“This relaunch gives us the opportunity to introduce Julienne Bruno to a wider audience, while staying true to what has always made it special. By reconnecting with Ocado, alongside chefs across pubs and restaurants, we’re helping more people discover its naturally plant-based products, chosen for their taste, versatility and quality.”
The relaunch is being supported by a programme of activity including chef-led events and renewed investment in recipe-driven content across social channels.
Julienne Bruno sits within The Compleat Food Group’s portfolio of plant-based brands, alongside Squeaky Bean and Palace Culture, as the Group continues to scale its presence across chilled food categories in both retail and foodservice.
