To support foodservice operators over the busy summer season, Booker has locked prices on over 600 products as part of its ongoing value campaign – launched alongside its new Summer 2026 Food and Drink Guide packed with menu ideas, new products and trending lines.
Phase two of the Value Locked campaign offers outstanding value on Booker’s most popular products – signalling good news for caterers, chefs, foodservice operators and hospitality venues. There are savings to be had on a wide range of products, covering both branded favourites and Booker own brand trusted lines.
The Summer Food and Drink Guide features menu inspiration for platters and sharing boards – with family-style dining, group grazing and sharing plates the hot trends incoming for summer, with an eye on bold, global flavours, sociable and shareable presentation.
Booker has added three new lines to its recently launched Food to Share range – Waffle Fries, Potato Pops and Mini Brie Bread Rolls – all showcased in the Guide. Available under its Chef’s Menu own label, these tap into trends for group grazing and small plate dining, giving operators flexible and flavourful foods that elevate the menu across multiple times of day. They can be served on their own in stylish ramekins at the table, added to sharing boards, or for takeaway or on-the-go dining options.
To support efforts to minimise wastage in kitchens, the range is portion controlled and features versatile, frozen foods that work hard across menus to maximise profits for operators, bringing consistency, versatility and speed of execution that busy kitchens need to operate successfully. They also meet the evolving dining behaviours of consumers following GLP-1 diets where smaller portion-controlled dishes are the order of the day.
Chefs can compile an Italian-style platter with the Pork and Nduja Meatballs, Breaded Mozzarella Sticks and Garlic Mushrooms, or a Tex Mex combo board with Frickles, Nacho Cheese Triangles and Breaded Jalapeño Peppers. These make for matchday winners as they can be enjoyed before, during or after games during the footie – and they suit sundown sessions, after work dining and alfresco afternoons on unexpected sunny days. The current Food to Share offer features 20 lines, with more to be added in the coming months.
For the burgeoning on-the-go and takeaway market, Booker has rolled out a new range of value disposable packaging and kitchen essentials, including bagasse containers, plant fibre food boxes, kraft burger boxes, boat trays and bowls. The professional range is designed to meet the evolving needs of foodservice operators, bringing practical, cost-effective, quality packaging solutions that meet consumer expectations for out-of-home eating experiences.
Nev Irani, Managing Director for Foodservice at Booker, says: “This summer comes with the added excitement of the World Cup, bringing a much-needed boost to the foodservice and hospitality sectors.
