International spirits business, Quintessential Brands, is expanding its convenience team with a new senior hire. 

Andy Williams is stepping into the newly-created position to boost the growth of the company’s leading brands in the convenience channel. With over 20 years’ experience in the drinks industry, Andy has a strong track record of delivering market share growth through strong commercial relationships and channel strategy. Andy has been with Quintessential Brands for nearly two years, originally joining as National Sales Manager for On Trade.

James Lousada, CEO Quintessential Brands, comments: “The convenience sector is a key area of focus for Quintessential Brands. We believe that there is a great deal of growth for our brands and the categories we play in within the channel and so we are delighted to have Andy in this newly-created role.”

Quintessential Brands are already seeing a significant rate of growth within the RTD category and expect this to continue in the run up to the festive season as more people come together and celebrate in larger groups. Andy will focus on accelerating this growth across the Quintessential Brands portfolio.
