The leading UK manufacturer of pastry and dough, BakeAway has today announced the launch of its new foodservice pancakes.
The pancakes, which have been launched exclusively in one of the UK’s largest food wholesalers, Hopwells, are set to be sold in food service and hospitality venues across the nation.
In addition to the new American-Style pancakes, BakeAway is currently creating a large plain-style pancake, set to launch at Hopwells around Pancake Day 2024.
The launch aims to meet the growing demand for a top-end pancake product within the foodservice sector, while providing customers with a versatile and delectable menu option.
BakeAway, which also owns ready-to-eat pancake brand Abra-ca-Debora, added to its portfolio earlier this year with the launch of new oat-drink based pancake brand, OaYeah!.
Based in Corby, Northamptonshire, BakeAway has been supplying grocery retailers with private label products including puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, pizza dough and cookie dough since 2010.
