Global distributor I Love… have invested over £80,000 developing their IT systems to support the growth of their business.
The Manchester based firm has appointed neighbouring IT solutions experts Technology Services Group (TSG) to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV across the organisation.
The newly implemented solution will combine two existing systems already being used to capacity into one system perfectly suited for the distributor.
Martin Rylance, Head of Finance for I Love… commented, “As the company has grown we found that our finance and stock control systems were approaching breaking point. So in order to give ourselves the opportunity to continue growing we needed to look at upgrading.”
He is also confident that they will benefit from the appointment of TSG. “It’s clear that TSG have the knowledge and experience needed to address this project having completed similar work for hundreds of customers in this wholesale and distribution sector.
“This new, modernised approach will ensure that our reporting is much better, and communication within the company is centred round the one system. Getting a detailed and instant insight into stock levels and sales forecasts is integral to us especially when it comes to important strategic processes such as our ‘just in time’ approach”.
TSG carried out a detailed assessment of the systems in use and potential alternatives before advising Microsoft Dynamics NAV as the best fit solution.

“With Microsoft Dynamics NAV they have removed the need to enter data into the two systems which was a time consuming duplication of work already done. This system will streamline business processes, provide real-time management information and most importantly for any distributor, allow I Love… to react to supply and market demand quickly and effectively.”
This new install will also let I Love…. synchronise systems with their warehouse provider DHL allowing for further growth and standardising the company’s operating procedures into one single solution.
