Bendi are proud to announce that as part of their continued expansion plans, both here in the UK and in Europe, they have strengthened their sales organisation with two key appointments – European Sales Manager Joe O’Brien and Regional Sales Manager Paul Sercombe.
Joe O’Brien, a former founding director at Aisle Master has been brought in to the Bendi team to help with the growing demand on export. Prior to his time at Aisle Master, Joe spent 13 years with Moffett Truck Mounted forklifts and was instrumental in developing global distribution and introducing the concept to several new market applications.
“I obviously have great respect for Bendi as the pioneers of Articulated forklifts and am really impressed at their policy of continuous development and innovation” commented Joe. “I see no reason why their outstanding success in the UK cannot be emulated throughout Europe and further afield.”
Joining Joe at Bendi is Paul Sercombe, a well known figure in the materials handling industry after spending over 17 highly successful years with Transmon. Paul takes on the role of Regional Sales Manager and is looking forward to the challenges of his new role.
“I have had a great time at Transmon and I am leaving on the best possible terms, but the time was right for a fresh challenge” remarked Paul. “I have known Bendi for many years and seen them grow into a market leading force in the materials handling industry, so I am delighted to be joining them at such an exciting time”
