Foodservice wholesaler Booker is overhauling its Food To Share range with a full brand refresh and five new additions at launch in June, giving operators even more choice for versatile, trending foods for sharing boards, small plate dining and GLP-1 friendly menus.

Inspired by global flavours and in-demand foods, new products include Truffle and Mozzarella Bites, Kimchi Hash Browns, Frickles, Pork and Nduja Meatballs and Nacho Cheese Triangles. The new lines are designed to elevate menus throughout the day, offering operators quality products that hit the mark in terms of taste, texture and visual appeal – and are versatile and convenient in the kitchen.

The five new additions take the Food To Share range to 20 SKUs, all under Booker’s Chef’s Menu tier. The upgraded lines include popular products such as Sausage Rolls, Cod Goujons, Mini Chicken Skewers, Breaded Garlic Mushrooms, Jalapeño Peppers and Mozzarella Sticks. On the sweet side, it includes French Macarons and Petit Fours, as well as Churros with Cinnamon Sugar.

All products can be cooked from frozen, making it easy for chefs and caterers to serve up hot, high quality sharing foods with minimal preparation, reduced wastage and offering diners appealing options using global ingredients that resonate with current dining trends.

Booker’s full Food To Share range meets consumer demand for small plates, tapas style dining, light bar snacks and sharing platters and can enhance menus, providing additional choices and price points for enjoying at different times of day. Portions can be served individually in stylish ramekins, or presented on grazing boards for dining in.

GLP-1-driven behaviour shifts are fundamentally changing how people dine out which is rapidly changing the way consumers choose to enjoy food, so the products also meet the need for smaller, portion-controlled dishes.

Karen Poole, Head of Own Brand at Booker, says:

“The overhaul of our Food To Share range gives operators the firm favourites that they know and love and brings five new products to the table that are sure to be a hit with pubs, bars, restaurants and foodservice outlets.

“With consumers increasingly looking for food and dishes they might not prepare themselves in the home, the new products aim to meet these expectations, bringing global flavours such as kimchi, truffle, nduja and frickles to meet growing demand.

“We know operators need consistency, versatility and speed of execution, and the range will appeal to a wide audience at multiple times of day including meat-free diners, those looking for smaller portions or on GLP-1 medications, as well as customers opting for more indulgent sharing platters.

“With sporting tournaments and the busy summer season on the horizon, we know they will be popular choices among pub-goers watching football matches, for ordering during impromptu drinks gatherings and for group dining occasions where sharing boards are becoming the norm.

“The products are time-saving, easy to prepare and allow operators to keep quality high, costs at a minimum, reduce wastage and maintain operational efficiencies across busy kitchens. This launch is about giving our customers on-trend products that are operationally efficient so they can deliver outstanding dining experiences for their guests time and time again.”

Booker’s Food To Share range is available from June to foodservice operators nationwide, offering flexible and convenient solutions for elevating dining occasions.
