Booker has launched its Autumn 2026 Food and Drink Guide live on the website and in branches now, designed to support foodservice operators as the busy festive season approaches.

The guide includes over 600 Value Locked prices as the third phase of its popular foodservice pricing campaign. It spotlights creative menu ideas, incoming trends, new products, and exclusive deals across its Christmas, Food to Share and new Fihka ranges, as well as inspiration for seasonal spritz drinks and autumn serves.

Phase three of the Value Locked scheme runs until 5th January 2027 and is strategically timed to support operators through the peak winter trading period, with savings to be had on some of Booker’s most popular food and drink products, covering both branded favourites and Booker’s own brand lines. Prices are locked down on high turnover products such as frozen chips, fresh chicken fillets, tinned tomatoes and cheese, as well as seasonal essentials such as frozen honey-glazed parsnips and yorkshire puddings, puff pastry mince pies, and the all-essential blue roll.

Christmas menus and autumn fayre

Heading into the festive season, kitchens can make more of Christmas and build multi-course menus with Booker’s premium starters such as the Chef’s Menu Rosemary & Garlic Brie Wedges or Smoked Salmon Terrine Triangles, followed by traditional roast centrepieces such as Turkey Breast Saddle and Smoked Horseshoe Gammon. For creative alternatives to the classic roast, standout dishes like the Chef’s Premium Venison & Duck Pie and Brie, Chef’s Menu Pancetta & Cranberry Mac & Cheese provide high-value, crowd-pleasing options that cater to changing expectations for festive dining.

Complementing main menu offerings, Booker’s new 30-strong Chef’s Menu Food to Share range addresses growing demand for flexible, small plate and buffet options for bar menus and light bites, as well as for group bookings, corporate parties and informal dining. Ideal for the festive season and beyond, the versatile frozen products work seamlessly across tapas menus, casual bar snacks and festive party platters. The range features firm favourites and pub classics alongside modern, global-inspired options such as Sweet Chilli Fish Tenders, Bao Prawn Toast and Laksa Vegetable Bao, as well as on-trend lines such as Frickles, Truffle and Mozzarella Bites, and sweet treats such as Churros and Macarons.

Doubling down on own-brand innovation and to meet growing demand for indulgent out-of-home moments, the guide spotlights Fihka, Booker’s stylish new range of 20 ambient sweet treats and baked goods created for the full foodservice sector. Designed to help venues and operators capitalise on the ‘coffee and cake moment’, the lineup features elevated classics alongside new exclusive products such as Chai & White Chocolate and Spiced Date & Fudge Cookies, Pistachio Cannoli, White Chocolate & Raspberry Blondies, and a Mini Sandwich Cake collection featuring Matcha and Victoria Sponge. Built for maximum operational efficiency and to refresh autumn counters, the range offers extended ambient shelf lives to eliminate freezer storage demands, while versatile individual packaging allows operators to showcase products in counter displays for a homemade aesthetic or sell pre-wrapped for on-the-go convenience.

Seasonal sips

To sip this season, operators can bring spritz culture into the cooler months with warming, autumn-inspired serves. Booker stocks spirits, sodas, sparkling wines, mixers and garnishes to create appealing, profit-boosting cocktails and serves such as Royale Spritz, combining Prosecco and Crème de Cassis with cloudy apple juice, soda water, and a lemon twist, and JD Blackberry Spritz, blending Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Blackberry with cloudy apple juice, soda, and a fresh apple and blackberry garnish. With the right combination of ingredients and stylish glassware, venues can deliver sophisticated seasonal drinks efficiently without adding preparation complexity at the bar – crucial during busy periods.

Nev Irani, Foodservice Managing Director at Booker, says: “As operators transition from summer menus to autumn and winter offerings, we’re here to support them with creative, on-trend product recommendations and to bring certainty to their costs to ensure every product works hard across the menu. Our Autumn Guide spotlights key profit-drivers that customers can rely on to perform every time, whether for Christmas parties and group bookings, or for smaller informal dining and drinking occasions over the winter months.

“The Value Locked pricing campaign, now in its third phase, is going from strength to strength, and we’ve had overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers on the confidence it brings to help them manage rising costs, protect margins and plan profitable menus. It demonstrates our commitment to bringing value on essentials, staples and best-selling lines to support our customers all year round. We know every sale matters and every operator wants to deliver a successful dining experience for their customers, so we’re here to be more than just a supplier – we’re here to help foodservice businesses thrive, adapt and stand out in a highly competitive sector.

“Whether for a complete festive menu, short run party foods, seasonal refresh, high-margin beverages, or sweet treats to accompany hot drinks, Booker is here as a one-stop-shop ensuring operators have the quality, value, and inspiration they need to drive profitability throughout the busy trading period ahead.”
