Following its successful launch in 2025, Brakes has expanded its Keystone brand to more than 40 products covering all aspects of kitchen cleaning.
The range was developed by Ecolab in association with Brakes’ parent company, Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice supplier, and brings together the expertise of two market-leading global businesses. Keystone combines Ecolab’s trusted hygiene experience and Sysco’s unrivalled distribution network to create a next level own-brand cleaning range for foodservice customers.
Keystone, which is exclusive to Sysco companies, including Brakes in the UK, provides a comprehensive range of effective, user-friendly cleaning and disinfectant solutions designed to enhance food safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability across foodservice operations. It encompasses everything from dishwashing and disinfection to floor and washroom cleaning, helping customers to streamline and improve cleaning regimes.
The products have colour-coded labels and clear instructions, making them easy for staff to use effectively, reducing training time and increasing customer satisfaction. Many products are also designed to reduce water and energy, helping businesses operate more efficiently.
