Fruity, low calorie, lower sugar energy drink brand Carabao is giving retailers the chance to win pairs of tickets to England Cricket matches this summer, from 1st March.

To qualify, retailers simply need to purchase a case of Carabao, take a picture of the cans sitting proudly in their chillers and head to the competition landing page, launching on Monday 1st March to be entered into the prize draw.

It promises to be a scintillating summer of sport, with three of the top International cricket teams visiting UK soil, and now Carabao is giving the chance for both independent and forecourt retailers to witness the action with tickets up for grabs for the following fixtures:

  • England vs Sri Lanka at the Kia Oval on Thursday 1st July 2021 (2nd ODI)
  • England vs Pakistan at Lord’s on Saturday 10th July 2021 (2nd ODI)
  • England vs India at Lord’s on Thursday 12th August 2021 (Day 1, 2nd Test)

This exciting new ticket promotion is yet another reason to stock Carabao Energy Drink and is available on cases of plain Carabao cans as well as the price marked pack range. Carabao has had a strong start to 2021 and has grown value sales by 54% in the latest 13 weeks within the Independent channel[1], buoyed by the launch of Mixed Berry PMP. There has never been a better time for retailers to stock Carabao.

Speaking of the launch, Mark Tanner, Head of Wholesale and Independent at Carabao Energy Drink UK&I said: “Well known for key sports sponsorships in the UK, Carabao is excited to offer retailers the chance to win tickets for cricket this summer. The occasion of watching live sport has been sorely missed during the past year and we can’t wait to see fans back in stadiums very soon”

Not only does Carabao’s range boast great tasting fruit flavoured energy drinks, all products contain 60% less sugar than major competitors and only 63 calories per can. There are a number of much-loved fruit flavours on offer including Carabao Mixed Berry, which was the second most successful launch in the Energy Instant Consumption category for 2020[2].

An excellent POR (profit on return) percentage on all Carabao products gives retailers a great opportunity to make a sizeable profit on Carabao Energy Drinks throughout 2021. Retailers should stock up on the range this Spring and be in with a chance to win!

The competition will close on Tuesday 1st June 2021. For more information, and to enter please visit www.carabaoenergy.co.uk/pages/cricket21
