Joint MD Paul Baker says: “We are one of only two companies to achieve a top 10 ranking in the Track 200 three years running. We’re enjoying considerable success by constantly working to be innovative and deliver products our customers really want. And there’s more steam under our bonnet!”

Manchester-based Carrs Foods was founded in 1986. Co-owners Paul Baker and Jeremy Gilboy led a management buyout in 2004. The company sells baked goods under the St Pierre range of Europeanstyle favourites including brioche, croissants, crepes and waffles; Baker Street, which offers bestselling items such as sliced loaves, burger buns and soft rolls, with an extended shelf-life; and the Paul Hollywood Ready-To-Bake range. The company started trading in the US in 2014.
